Accounting Principals is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Tampa, FL. This individual must be well versed in excel and have strong written and verbal communication. This will be a contract to hire role at $15.00/hr.


  • Receive, open, and organize daily incoming mail 
  • Utilize excel spreadsheets to input invoice data 
  • Input data into specialized software
  • Answer incoming customer service phone calls and direct them to the proper department  
  • Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma/GED 
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of self-motivation
