Accounting Principals has partnered with a local Indianapolis organization in search of a Data Entry / Administrative Specialist to join their growing organization. In this position you will be responsible for the management of recurring payment plans for services along with some customer service. This position is located on the north side of Indianapolis and is a direct-hire opportunity with full benefits. Interested candidates need previous experience in Microsoft Excel. Compensation is $15/HR.
Management of recurring payment plan for services, specifically handling all of the cancellations as well as sign ups
Customer service via phone
Handling entry of inventory items received
Additional administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma / GED, required
At least 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position (i.e. data entry, administrative, etc..)
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
