Customer Support Representative

Our Tampa, FL area client, a leader in online education and professional development training for architecture, engineering and construction is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for a direct hire position. You will be working directly with the public sector- firefighters, EMTs and police departments. This position does not require any previous related work experience, has flexible work hours, and will support you every step of the way to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Required to be on phones/chat/responding to a heavy email load *no call center*
  • Be an expert in the platform to answer in depth questions, run reports etc.
  • Account management
  • Logging notes into CRM
  • Experience:

  • No experience necessary
  •  Skills:

  • Proficient at Typing
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Outstanding Time Management
  • Understands Priorities
  • Compensation:

  • $40,000 annually
  • Opportunity for additional variable compensation
  • Company Standard:

  • Remote Monday and Friday
  • In Office Tuesday and Thursday
  • Opportunity to go fully remote after 90 day probationary period
