An established local insurance company is seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Support Representative who will excel in a fast-paced, service-forward role. This essential position creates a bridge between customers and inside sales, so it's imperative that this person values the importance of maintaining relationships.   RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate via a high-volume of inbound calls and emails
  • Data entry
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Propose creative solutions to complex problems
  • Address customer suggestions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in providing quotes, facilitate enrollment, and verify accurate information in system
  • Advise customers on how to best maximize account services and offerings
  • Suggest enrollment in additional products and services as appropriate 
  • 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Service or Sales Support experience-- this specific experience is required; this is a fast-paced position that requires background knowledge in order to succeed
  • Strong closing skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • A positive, driven attitude
  • Competitive performer that exceeds goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
