Customer Service Admin

Ajilon is looking to hire a Customer Service/Admin for a growing Construction company in Fairlawn, Ohio! The ideal candidate has at least 2+ year of administrative experience and has a passion for delivering top customer service. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with an hourly pay rate starting at $18/HR!


  • Directly support the Department of Administration and Sales Support with all general administrative needs, including interoffice mailing, office inventory management, electronic and paper filing, and more
  • Manage client accounts and provide customer support via phone and email
  • Scan in documents and process them electronically, while updating the internal system with client updated information
  • Input and process client orders, and provide delivery approximation
  • Assist with troubleshooting efforts and ensure timely response
  • Additional duties/projects when needed
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of administrative and customer service experience required
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in a similar field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) highly preferred
  • Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Must be very flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay:

  • $18 an hour depending on experience
