Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City, OK.  Our client is a major medical service provider looking for candidates with strong medical industry customer service skills.  This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that will focus on various clerical duties and act as back-up to the Customer Service department.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Background interacting with clients in a medical setting by phone and email
  • MUST have a reliable work history (at least 2-3 years at a recent position)
  • Skills:

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Strong researching skills and ability to focus on details
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to de-escalate clients
  • Ability to empathize with clients in their situation and show compassion
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Good data entry and computer skills
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $15 per Hour
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
