Accounting Principals is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a Contract to Hire opportunity. This role is in King of Prussia, PA but is starting remotely! Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of customer service experience. To learn more, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete both inbound and outbound calls
  • Document all calls and provide appropriate follow up
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email and resolve issues by using reference materials and available resources
  • Answer all questions and inquires in a timely manner
  • Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
  • Fast Learner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Employment Type: Full Time,  Contract to Hire
