Ajilon and Accounting Principals are working with an Energy company to help them expand their customer service team.   They have multiple locations in the area.  The position will be remote (work from home) for now however will eventually report onsite to one of the Philadelphia Locations.  To succeed in this position, you will be a go-getter that is able to grasp training very quickly, and then jump in and help get the job done!   RECENT GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to schedule, confirm, arrange service appointments and complete satisfaction surveys.
  • Deliver scripts that describe products or services in order to engage and inform customers to schedule a service appointment by phone.
  • Qualify program applicants, complete questionnaires and mail program applications as needed by location.
  • Explain products and services, including pricing, and answer general customer service questions.
  • Obtain relevant customer information and accurately enter tracking data into client and database systems.
  • Schedule weekly and fill in appointments for technicians and subcontractors.
  • Receive inbound inquiries from previous contacts as well as internal and external customers.
  • Resolve general customer service and scheduling issues. Escalate as appropriate.
  • Meet performance expectations for call center metrics as defined.
  • Handle fiscal responsibilities and input invoice and work orders in appropriate system as needed by location.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications:
    - At least two years of customer service experience
    - Call center and scheduling experience is helpful, but not required
    - Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    - Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
