Accounting Principals is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a financial services company located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a contract position with the ability to become permeant based on performance.
Responsible for answering an average 70 - 100 inbound phone calls daily.
Required at times to initiate outbound calls to process work.
Interact directly with the patients, caregivers, physicians or law enforcement official parties in a professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Provide the highest level of service to customer and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA)
1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative
High School Diploma (Required)
Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred)
Compensation and hours:
Contract to hire
Full-time, M-F 9am - 6pm
Hourly, based on experience
