Ajilon is seeking diligent candidates for a new Customer Service Representative position in downtown St. Paul! Our client, a large financial institution, has created several new openings on their document management department and is looking for fresh faces to strengthen the team. Primary responsibilities will include document review, communication between departments, and fielding inbound calls from customers.
Pay starts at $16/hr.
Employer provides health/dental/vision benefits.
Location is on-site in St. Paul, MN; M-F 8:30-5:00.
This is a contract position currently scheduled to last through the end of March 2022, though extensions are possible.
Overtime is not required, but opportunities for overtime are available for employees who want them.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to address account or financial needs.
Reviewing mortgage notes, endorsements, deeds of trust, and loan assignments for accuracy and consistency across databases.
Lead various projects as assigned, identifying issues and knowing when to escalate problems to supervisors.
Generating reports, communicating relevant data to customers when requested.
Operating research programs and monitoring transition/reception status of documents.
Communicate with staff across various internal departments.
College degree or equivalent financial work experience.
Demonstrated in-person and written customer service skills.
Some familiarity with mortgage documents is preferable.
Proficient using vLookups, Pivot Tables, and charts within Excel.
