Job: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site in Seattle, WA 98101
Answer calls from class action / settlement members in a prompt and courteous manner.
Respond appropriately with provided script
Create a friendly and professional interaction
Acknowledge and demonstrate empathy appropriately within requirements and defusing concerned callers when necessary.
Use software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.
Understand, meet or exceed performance metrics
Adhere to all company policies.
Exceptional communication skills
Active listening skills
Strong time management and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with computers, CRM software and data base searching and entry, strong typing skills.
Adaptability, accountability, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes.
