We have a mortgage industry-based client located in Lake Zurich looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of administrative and customer service experience within Mortgage or Banking industry. The role will be a remote position after two to four weeks of onsite training.

Essential functions:

  • Responsible for handling calls, email, and faxes in a timely and professional manner
  • Assists customers in identifying needed services
  • Assists with inquiries, reporting, and troubleshooting for customers, working cohesively as a team for the benefit of the customers
  • Assist in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information
  • Provides information regarding services and fees
  • Provides administrative support
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma and two years of work experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Mortgage or Banking industry highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
