  • Answer customer questions
  • Manage online chat and incoming emails
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Open new cases accurately and according to policy
  • Make outbound calls to providers
  • Research information for customers to answer all inquiries accurately

    Customer Service Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate Data Entry skills
  • Self-Starter
  • Team Player
