If you enjoy helping people and providing customer service over the phone, this may be the perfect job for you! In this role you will receive calls and info related to COVID19. You will need to work through the proper processes to resolve these calls and update the database. You will be assisting with contact tracing in a corporate setting. The pay rate for this role is $14.00-15.50/hr.
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Previews call center experience a plus (high volume of calls)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Available to work four 10-hour days per week
