Responsibilities
Addresses customer issues by researching, responding, and following up with customers in a timely manner
Provide quotes, order confirmation, shipment tracking
Handle customer returns, including creating RMAs and processing credit upon credit return
Maintain up to date contact and account information while building rapport with clients and reps
Work directly with the Warehouse to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications
At least one year of recent customer service experience
Experience handling a high volume of calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Solid data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and problem resolution while providing exceptional service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
