Are you a highly motivated customer service professional in Alpharetta, Georgia? Accounting Principals is searching for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills that can provide quality customer service with every interaction. This position is responsible for providing high quality customer service to while responding to telephone, electronic, and written inquiries from professionals in the industry, group, subscribers, and customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to inquiries from health professionals, customers, and subscribers and determines appropriate next steps and responses
  • Communicates basic eligibility, benefits, and claims status
  • Obtains patient demographics and documents into patient database
  • Provides information for subscribers such as questions pertaining to insurance, billing, claims, or eligibility
  •  

     

    Qualifications:

  • Must have personal computer and remote internet access
  • 1 year experience with customer service within a call center or with heavy customer contact experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or above
  • Consistent positive attitude
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  •
