Responsibilities:

  • Respond and receive service requests
  • Document customer complaints and interactions
  • Dispatch and Communicate inquires to appropriate Technicians
  • Create strong customer relations
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Report and document information from customers
  • Provide effective and proactive communication to the customer regarding the status of services, time estimations and cost.

Skills:

  • High School Diploma minimum or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Time management
