  • Positions Available:  We are hiring Customer Service Representatives.   

    Where:  Our office is near Seattle, with free employee parking and close bus service.

    Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per

    Experience:  Prefer to have someone with previous CSR, Data Entry and/or Insurance(familiarty) experience.

    We Are Looking for:  Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how to provide excellent customer service. Requirements:  

  • Good typing skills:  40+ words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • will be reqiured to pass a data entry test
  •   Responsibilities. In our Contact Center, you will:

  • Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems
  • Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
  • Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail
  • Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database
  • Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Note:  You will not make outbound sales calls – this is a customer service position
