Love chatting with customers? We are helping a business in the Southpointe/Southside area of Jacksonville in search of a Customer Service Representative! Hours are M-F, 9AM - 6PM. Excellent opportunity for those who love customer service and are looking for a position that will become permanent. Being bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus!

  • Answer 70-100 inbound calls daily
  • Initiate follow up outbound calls as needed
  • Interact with physicians, caregivers, and patients in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer profiles as needed
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a customer service or call center role
  • B-lingual is a plus!
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
