Ajilon & Accounting Principals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep for a client in Whitestown, IN. If you have excellent phone skills, troubleshooting ability and career longevity, please keep reading.
What you'll be doing:
Answering calls from new and existing customers regarding products
Troubleshooting devices and products over the phone
Order processing & invoicing
Confirming product shipments
Following up with customers via phone and email
Handling medium volume of calls, responsible for orders from start to finish
What you'll need:
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
Ability to troubleshoot
Ability to work across multiple softwares at once
Pay: $15-$18/HR with a pay increase upon permanent hire
