Accounting Principals is looking for a Customer Service Lead to work for a client located in Boca Raton, FL. The Customer Service Lead will be in charge of following up on various complaints and issues on a larger scale - figuring out ways to solve the problem and relay the solution back to the customer, VP, or President. This would be a great opportunity for someone who used to work directly under a Director, Department Manager, or any other authoritative figure.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a target salary range of $45,000-$50,000 annually.
