Responsibilities for the Customer Service Collections Job:
Apply underwriting rules to applications that require additional review
Make outbound servicing and collections calls to consumers
Provide timely and helpful responses for servicing emails from both consumers and client Sellers.
Create new email response templates for both consumers and client Sellers
Skills and Qualifications:
Background in customer service
Experience in financial technology is a plus
Education: Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, psychology, sociology, linguistics or anthropology
