Accounting Principals is currently seeking customer service advocates for a multiple billion-dollar technology company’s training sessions. Multiple training sessions will be held over the next several months.

  • Details for the training sessions:

  • Training is conducted from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, typically Monday through Friday.
  • Training includes a one-hour lunch.
  • Training lasts approximately 2 weeks.
  • There will be a variety of schedules available, and the specific schedule will be specified when an offer is made.
  • The pay rate is $16 per hour.  Overtime is $24 per hour, but overtime must be approved in advance.
  • If a later shift is offered, there is a $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked.
  • At the end of the training, agents will be assigned primarily to work either live chat or calls.  Regardless of the assignment, we reserved the right to make changes based on performance or business needs.
  • All training and work is located on-site at either Warrendale, PA or Winston Salem, NC.  There is no opportunity to work from home.
  • These positions are classified as seasonal, with an expected end date of mid-April.  The end date may be adjusted based on business needs.
  • All candidates must complete the screening tests.
