Rapidly growing distribution company in Maitland, FL is searching for a Credit Clerk to join their team. The position will provide administrative support to the Credit Manager. This is a contract to hire opportunity!
Processes and verifies applications for credit
Conducts credit references
Updates customer credit limits as appropriate
Creates customer correspondence relating to past due amounts owed and credit terms
Creates past due amounts owed reports
Minimum one year of prior credit experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and quick learner
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
High school diploma
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Mon-Fri. - 40 hours per week
