Credit Assistant
Accounting Principals has an opening for a Credit Assistant near Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of assisting clients with credit and credit/Accounts Receivable experience. Reviewing applications for completeness and checking credit references is a plus. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and assist potential customers with a smile during the credit application process
Maintaining customer credit files for all customers
Check credit reference
Handling Invoices (large volume)
Prepare invoices daily
Cash Applications
Credit card deposits
Provide customer service and coordinate with customers regarding the credit application process
Responsible to review, approve and/or decline lines of credit to protect company assets
General Office
Qualifications:
One or more years of Credit review experience
Professional customer service skills
Intermediate level of skill with MS Office programs including Word and Excel
Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles
Organized, and accurate when working on client applications
Timely and diligent when working with internal staff and external clients
Employment Type: Full Time, Contract to hire
Pay: $16/hr. - $20/hr. depending on experience
Hours: 8am – 5pm, 40 hours per week.
