Accounting Principals has partnered with a leading Manufacturer for a Credit and Collections Specialist. The Credit and Collections Specialist will be based in Commerce, CA. and will start on a temporary to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience handling credit and collections duties. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to grow with an up and coming company!
Job Duties:
• Run credit reports
• Generate Invoices
• Perform light collections duties via email and phone with a high focus on customer service
• Chargeback customers for unauthorized deductions
• Prepare A/R reconciliations
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Prepare and record daily bank transactions
Requirements:
• A minimum of one year of A/R experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be excel savvy
• Within reasonable commuting distance to Commerce
• Associated Degree Preferred
