Accounting Principals is looking for onsite and remote Credit Analysts for both contract and contract-to-hire positions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience analyzing financial information to determine credit limits.

Schedule: Full time
Type: Contract and Contract-to-Hire
Location: Richmond, VA; Onsite and Remote. Must sit in Virginia.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process credit applications.
  • Obtain credit reports, request supplier references, and gather needed information from Sales Associates to facilitate credit limit decisioning.
  • Determine credit limit for submitted applications and review credit limits for existing customer accounts.
  • Reconciliation customer accounts and follow up on past due invoices.
  • Business-to-business collections.
  • Research credit and collection issues, respond to billing questions, accept payments, and resolve credit-related issues via phone or email.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience determining credit limits and collections
  • Ability to reconcile accounting records, handle a high volume of transactions, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, problem solve and make decisions, and work in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication and computer skills
  • Basic proficiency with Excel and Word
