  • Provide financial ledger support for accurate and timely reporting
  • Accurate analysis of operational reports and production accounting issues.
  • Data management associated with the product, resolution, or modifications within our operating systems
  • Perform due diligence processes to ensure that data entry and processing functions were accurately performed
  • Validate the payments have been processed according to the Federal Order regulations
  • Identify Producer Payroll issues or areas for improvement and conduct research to find a resolution
  • Support management in resolving client disputes and issues relating specifically to the Producer Payroll service function
  • Provide recommendations and support for a system of internal controls
  • Participate in the preparation of various operational and financial reports
  • Review all operational processes and procedures to develop more effective, efficient, and accurate methods

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business (Accounting preferred)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Manages confidential information appropriately
  • Observes deadlines and conscientious regarding the quality of work
  • Effective at multi-tasking
  • Strong people skills
  • Energetic and focused on continuous improvement

  • Business ERP software of knowledge preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of is preferred
  • Pay: $70-$80K
