Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Recruiter with multi-state experience in Oklahoma City, OK. Our medical based client is seeking candidates with a proactive attitude that can easily connect with people. This is a full-time, direct hire position that has great benefits and incentive bonus.
This role will be responsible for recruiting skilled candidates for medical and non-clinical positions in 4 states. Qualified candidates must have experience in high-volume recruiting preferably in a medical setting. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills to build relationships with both active and passive talent in the market.
Implement a proactive recruitment strategy
Manage applicant tracking and create a network of qualified candidates
Employ creative sourcing methods
Screen, interview and submit offers
Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting
Multi-state experience helpful
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred
Excellent customer service skills and adept in communicating with a wide range of individuals
Able to analyze and problem solve
Organized and independent
Able to easily connect with people
Strong writing and computer skills
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
Full-time, Direct Hire
$55K-$65K annually plus bonus
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
