Rights & Clearances Coordinator
Remote initially with candidates in CT and NY preferred
Reviewing and entering all manner of wrapbook documentation and data (e.g. licenses, releases, footage logs, insurance certificates, production service agreements, footage logs, music cue sheets, scripts etc.). There are four identical roles, so please recruit for four positions.
Roles will be remote initially but candidates near Bristol CT and NYC preferred.
While the roles involve a great deal of data entry, familiarity with complex agreements is helpful. They will be researching and pulling out rights information related to third-parties and compiling into an database. Interview will be a Zoom with the Sr. Director of Programming & Scheduling.

Original Content Rights & Clearances performs all organizational and analytical responsibilities required to archive historic storytelling content within ESPN’s rights management software (i.e. RightsLine). These roles would support efforts in in record-keeping for our content library and focusing on updating the foundational database (*Rightsline) for all existing content.
