Accounting Principals, in partnership with our client in the product distribution industry, is hiring 4 Contracts Admins for a quick start!

This is a remote role, working from home, but seeking a local candidate with the ability to come to the Tempe headquarters if needed.  In this role, you will review vendor contracts, update forms and systems to reflect pricing and quantities, and add products to the account files as needed.  This role requires an Excel-savvy candidate with experience using the vlookup and pivot table functions.

Job Duties:

  • Extract vendor agreements from Excel for accuracy and completeness 
  • Update systems and portals as needed with pricing and product info
  • Provide pricing support to the sales team as needed
  • Assist with file audits
  • Complete monthly information reporting
  • Maintain vendor and client files


  • 2+ years administrative or accounting support experience
  • Excel knowledge with use of pivot tables and vlookup
  • Other ERP experience prefered
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously
