Accounting Principals is looking for a Contract Benefits Specialist to assist a large organization with their benefits open enrollment process. This is a contract, full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK. If you’ve worked on open enrollments, and new benefits roll-outs, this opportunity is for you!
This role will Offers guidance and assistance to employees with information and explanation of benefit programs, related costs and applicable federal laws and regulations. Researches and analyzes complex associate issues and concerns by acting as an intermediary between vendors and associates. Provides exemplary customer service to associates by phone, email and in-person visits.
Administering company group benefit plans during Open Enrollment
Answering benefits questions related to open enrollment, and benefit changes
Collaborating with all HR members on the new benefits roll-out
Taking on other projects related to benefits
Accurately log benefit data in company HRIS
1-5 years of benefits administration experience
Prior dealing with open enrollment and benefits changes
Experience dealing with Workday HRIS a plus (Peoplesoft, Ultipro, ADP, also helpful)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in benefits and 401k
Full-time, contract role lasting approximately 8-12 weeks
Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
$15-$20 per hour based on experience
