Accounting Principals has partnered with an established construction company here in Phoenix, AZ, to find an experienced Biller for their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with stability as well as competitive pay and benefits!

Your primary responsibility in this role will be to utilize contracts in order to create and complete monthly and one-off billings for customers including general contractors. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer files, including updating any contract or billing changes. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least two years of billing experience in the construction industry and should be comfortable in a fast-paced position.

  • Review contract information to ensure correct pricing and billing terms
  • Create and send invoices to customers
  • Analyze billing discrepancies and process adjustments
  • Assist in processing monthly account reconciliations
  • Create monthly reports as needed
  • Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of billing experience in the construction industry
  • Must be detail oriented and have accurate accounting skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including working with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Location - Phoenix, AZ (must be local)
  • Full Time, M-F Business Hours
  • Permanent / Direct Hire
  • Pay - $40,000-45,000 per year, DOE
