Compliance and GL Accountant Job – San Francisco, CA
Are you currently looking for a Compliance and GL Accountant Position in the heart of downtown San Francisco? As a Compliance and GL Accountant, you will be responsible for month end close, assist with reporting, audits, and inquiries as well as support process and system improvements. Our ideal Compliance and GL Accountant will have one to two years of previous accounting experience, be proficient with MS Excel and have excellent ability to work independently as well as with the rest of the team. Additionally, this position will offer competitive market pay and be conveniently located close to public transportation.
As a Compliance and GL Accountant, you will:

  • Be responsible for month end close
  • Maintain business license
  • Fill out survey
  • Set up AP vendors
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and inquiries
Our ideal Compliance and GL Accountant will have:
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 1-2 years of previous accounting experience
  • Proficiency with MS Excel is required (pivot tables and v-look up)
  • Previous acquisition accounting experience is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
