Accounting Principals is hiring for a Compensation Analyst for a growing company in Winter Park, FL. This is a contract opportunity.
Manage and support the overall compensation program
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness
Plan and communicate compensation structures and programs to business leaders
Promote an understanding of compensation philosophies, practices and administration across all levels of the organization including executive management
Participate in the development, management and execution of compensation programs including annual merits, bonuses, sales compensation, etc.
Develop compensation materials and deliver trainings to all levels of the company
Minimum of five years' experience in compensation including salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, etc.
Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel experience to analyze data and create reports
Effective communicator/problem solver
CCP highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA highly preferred
Monday-Friday - Full Time - 40 hours per week
