We have partnered with an Addison TX company to find a bilingual (Spanish) Commissions Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity paying up to $55k. The Commissions Analyst and Customer Service Representative is a hybrid role that focuses on the most important function in our company, the payment of commissions and the handling of customer issues related to commissions. This role will serve in a finance/accounting capacity in helping reconcile and validate payments from the carriers and to our agents but also, handle agent related correspondence related to commissions.

What You will Be Doing:

• Commissions Analyst
o Ensure the timely and accurate calculation and processing of all commissions while making sure that appropriate checks and balances are in place
o Weekly review of commissions calculations to ensure accuracy prior to upload
o Responsible for making certain that all calculations adhere to the appropriate commission structures for each agent
o Masters compensation plan immediately and successfully
o Proactively troubleshoot, identify, and corrects all issues quickly and correctly
o Analyze commissions and process by developing spreadsheet tools to meet the need; recommending changes to current procedures when needed
• Customer Service Tasks
o Establish and maintain a good working relationship within the department and the field agents
o Serves as a point of contact when agents have questions regarding commissions
o Fielding commission related phone calls from agents
o Processing emails from agents with commissions questions
o Processing withholding/garnishments
o Processing returned mail
o Employment verifications of our 1099 agents
o Direct deposit updates and maintenance of our 1099 agents

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience finance/accounting and in call center operations with a specialty in insurance related payments and commissions
• Must also understand, speak, and write English and Spanish fluently
