Commercial Collections Specialist’s Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Commercial Collections by way of phone, email and letters
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Sending out client invoices
• Maintain and manipulate data within MS Excel.
• General office duties as assigned
• Two plus years’ Commercial Collections experience
• Strong ability to provide account research
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• General knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Have a teamwork attitude
