Salary: $80K+ DOE

Job Description:

Accounting Principals is partnering with one of our San Francisco based clients to hire a collections specialist. This company has a fine tradition of supplying products tosome of the best businesses in the bay area. This is an in-office position located in South San Francisco

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain aging of assigned accounts
  • Maintain records of communications with customers and sales staff
  • Oversee accounts to ensure timely collections
  • Identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
  • Investigate chargebacks to determine the causes
  • Customer service support
  • Establish new accounts and recommend limits
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience or combination.
  • Two to four years of collections experience or accounts receivables
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Experience using an ERP or business application software
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in distribution a plus
  • Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
