Salary: $24+ DOE

Job Description:

Accounting Principals is currently hiring a commercial credit collections specialist to join our team in the Oakland area. This person will help build and maintain relationships in order to minimize losses and maximize cash flow. This is NOT a ‘hard’ collections position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolios of costumers for collections.
  • Contact customers for accounts receivables in a respectful manner
  • File liens to protect accounts receivables
  • Maintain costumer/client confidentiality
  • Maintain and process daily lien waiver and releases
  • Maintain good relations with both internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years collections experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • MS Office skills a plus
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Location: Oakland, CA
