The Branch Collections Specialist contacts customers to help them succeed in resolving their financial obligations by arranging for repayment or settlement of account balances. Branch Collections Specialists focus on our existing customers who have long-term relationships with us.

On the Job:

  • required to manage a high volume of collections over the phone in order to achieve delinquency goals 
  • ability to communicate with customers in a consultative manner, providing guidance and advice with excellent customer service
  • can keep cool, calm and collected when dealing with customer obligations and can use analytical and negotiation skills to resolve the issue
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • minimum of Highschool GED/Equivalency
  • recent experience in Collections/Customer Service within a Financial Institution
