Accounting Principals is looking for a Collections professional to join a Health Care company in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role you will be speaking with customers reviewing account history, arranging payment plans and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working collections ideally in healthcare, as well as customer service experience.


  • Analyze accounts receivable to identify aging/delinquent accounts
  • Contact customers about overdue accounts
  • Improve and streamline processes to build efficiency
  • Respond to internal and external customers
  • Arrange payment plans
  • Reprinting invoices and statements
  • Qualifications

  • MS Excel
  • At least 2 years of collection experience
  • Industry experience preferred
  • HS Diploma
