Accounts principals is looking for an Collection's specialist to join their Software client in Seattle Washington. This person will be joining a team of other specialist to assist with their volume! Our client would ideally like someone that is customer service oriented but understand the complexities of collections. Desired personality traits include Quickly motivated, self-driven, can-do attitude, problem solver, and strong customer service skills. More responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
In this role you will:
Enact collections via phone and email following up on past due accounts.
Assist with any payment discrepancies and resolve them
Respond to client questions and inquiries.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Pull invoices and review for accuracy and compliance.
Responsible for bringing account and customer concerns to the Collections Manager for prompt resolution
Other duties and projects as assigned.
To be successful for this position you will need:
A minimum 2 year of business to business collections experience, 4+ years of corporate collections experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite is highly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Desire to learn and grow within the accounting field
Impeccable customer service history
Keen attention to detail
