Collections Specialist
Accounting Principals is partnering with a large company in the Seattle, WA area to identify a temporary to hire Collections Specialist for their team. You will be cleaning up accounts, reaching out to clients, and researching missing payments. Since this will be a robust role, you need to have at least five years of previous B2B collections experience. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial for your success in this position because a lot of your daily tasks will be reaching out to their large, important accounts. Previous experience with Salesforce or Zuora is highly preferred but not required. This position offers a quick interview process and the flexibility to start off working remote for the next few months until the team returns to the office in Seattle, WA.
Main Tasks:
Researching accounts and reaching out to clients for payments
Composing and re-sending out invoices
Updating aging reports and processing payments
Communicating with clients to troubleshoot account status
Additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
At least five years of B2B collections experience
Professional communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce or Zuora is preferred
Ability to actively reach out to clients and create payment plans if needed
