Accounting Principals has a client on the north east side of Indianapolis that needs a Collections Specialist! Our client offers a fun, casual work environment. They are looking for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in customer service or client management! This role is responsible for calling clients and collecting on past due invoices.
- Calling clients in regard to past due payments
- Creating and maintaining an aging report
- Researching delinquent balances
- Setting up repayment plans
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience with calling
- Previous Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service skills are a must
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a collection role is preferred
Employment Type: Temporary to Hire (Full Time)
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
