Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Collections Specialist for a company in Ashland City, TN. This role will be responsible for managing accounts and making collection calls.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Ensure schedules, invoices, supporting documentation and other documentation are scanned promptly
Mail out original invoices
2-3 years of Collections experience
Excellent customer service and account management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a participative manner in a team environment
