Collections Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating billing and contact information for customers
- Make collection calls and help track collections
- Help resolve disputed invoices with clients
- Manager collections on a portfolio of receivables
- Assist with cash applications
- Minimum three years of AR experience.
- Intermediate excel skills required
- Commercial Collections experience is required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
