- Conduct collection calls and emails to customers and clients
- Maintain professional character and customer service demeanor
- Resolve billing issues and help rescue delinquent accounts
- Collect payments and follow up arrangements
- Handle heavy incoming and outgoing calls (managing your phone and getting back to customers in a timely manner)
- 2-3 + experience in collections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP system is a PLUS
