Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct collection calls and emails to customers and clients
  • Maintain professional character and customer service demeanor
  • Resolve billing issues and help rescue delinquent accounts
  • Collect payments and follow up arrangements
  • Handle heavy incoming and outgoing calls (managing your phone and getting back to customers in a timely manner)

Requirements needed:

  • 2-3 + experience in collections
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ERP system is a PLUS
