Are you an Accounts Receivable professional seeking for new career opportunities with a growing organization? Accounting Principals has partnered up with a Financial Services firm in the Western Suburbs hiring a key position within Operations and Service.
Scope of Position:
As the Collections Representative, you will coordinate with customers in providing statement updates, account adjustments, schedule payments and communicate delinquent notices and request for funds.
High-volume collections efforts via email, phone and mail correspondence
Providing excellent advise and recommendations to customers regarding late payments or negative balanced accounts
Recording data in Excel spreadsheets and updating notes and comments in software systems
Assisting customers with payment terms and repayment schedules
Research account inquiries and completing follow-through
Track and trace
Additional responsibilities within accounts receivable department
Qualifications:
Customer service or collections experience required
2+ years' experience
Ability to work in-office and remotely
Office equipment will be provided to all employees
Customer-service minded personality, enjoys helping others and providing excellent service at all times
Team oriented, enjoys working as a group with team members and collaborating efforts as a group
