Accounting Principals is searching for a self-driven Collection Clerk for a rapidly growing company in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire/work from home opportunity.
Handle high volume of collection calls (outbound)
Monitor accounts to identify and collect overdue payments
Keep accurate client records and report on collection activity
Mail/email statements to clients
Perform special projects as assigned
Minimum one year of B2B collections experience required
Proficiency using accounting software strongly preferred
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of collections laws and regulations
High school diploma required/Associate's degree in related field a plus
Full Time - 40 hours per week
