  • Collect on past due payments
  • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to outstanding balances
  • Process monthly credit card memos
  • Complete other duties as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
  • 3 years of experience
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Skills:

  • MS Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
